Orders

You must be at least 18 to make a purchase from Hejco/Fristads AB.

Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a preliminary order confirmation to the e-mail address that you provided at the checkout. Check that the order confirmation is for the correct products and that the information you have provided is correct. If something is wrong on the order confirmation, please contact us by sending an e-mail to .support@hejco.com

We reserve the right for typos or incorrect prices or information on our website.

 

Payment terms

We accept Payment by credit card via SVEA. We accept VISA and Mastercard. The amount is reserved on your card when you make the purchase in our webshop and will be withdrawn once the delivery leaves our warehouse.

 

Delivery

The delivery fee for deliveries within the EU is EUR 9.95 including VAT.

 

Returns

If you are not happy with your product, you can send it back to us. The items should be in their original packaging, unused, and properly packed.

You must notify us of this within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have 30 days from the date you received the product in order to return it. In accordance with the Swedish Distance Selling Regulations (2005:59) you can cancel your order at any time within 14 days from the day you receive the goods. This means that as a customer, you have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive the parcelin which to notify us that you want to cancel your purchase.

The right of return does not apply to any custom-made products such as tailored garments or products that are specially printed or embroidered.

Please note that you the customer are responsible for the return shipment up to the point that the package is received and processed by our returns department. Please make sure that you package the item(s) properly, and retain your proof of postage until you receive a return confirmation e-mail from us. It may take several weeks for us to receive and process a return.

You the customer are responsible for the cost of the return.

 

How do I make a return?

Private customers

  • Go to the e-mail that DHL sent you notifying you about your delivery. there you will find a link to a return portal.

  • Register your return in the portal and go to your nearest drop-off point to drop off the package.

  • The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

 

Business customers

Contact the returns department by calling +46 (0)33-33 20 23 or sending an e-mail to retur.se@fristadskansas.com and we will provide the shipping documentation.

  1. Print the document and fix it to the outside of your parcel so that it is clearly visible. The shipping document is pre-paid, and the cost will be deducted from your credit note.

  2. All returned items must be in their original packaging.

  3. Your return must be accompanied by a completed returns document for us to process it.

  4. Download the document HERE, stating the reason for the return in the document. Place it inside the parcel, at the top.

  5. The cost of the return (EUR XX) will be deducted from your credit note.

  6. Once the return has been processed and approved, we will issue a refund less the cost of the return.

Please note that we are unable to provide exchanges. If you would like to order something else or exchange the size or colour, you must first return the unwanted item and then place a new order.

 

Warranty claims

You have the right to make a warranty claim. A statutory warranty applies to any item(s) that you purchase from us. A statutory warranty means that a product must fulfil what you as a consumer can reasonably expect of it.

Your right to make a warranty claim applies to defective products pursuant to the applicable consumer protection legislation. If you wish to exercise your right to make a warranty claim for a product that you have ordered from hejco.com, please contact Hejco’s returns department as soon as you discover the defect.

 

Quality

Our range of products is developed on an ongoing basis, which means that the product you receive may not look exactly like the one in the image. It will, however, always be of the same standard or better. If you would like to return an item as a result of this, please contact our returns department. Please note that images and colours of a physical product may look different online or in printed materials.

 

Delivery

Your order is normally delivered within a week. Your order confirmation states the date the product will leave our warehouse. you will also receive an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can follow your delivery.

Deliveries are made via DHL Express.

 

Personal data / privacy policy

Your privacy is important to us. Fristads AB is responsible for your personal data and for the processing of the data that you provide us with when you make a purchase from Hejco. Our responsibility

We endeavour to always deliver the highest quality with the lowest possible impact on the environment. Our environmental policy and sustainability objectives guide both our production and the way we do business. We are certified in accordance with ISO 9001 och 14001 and most of our garments comply with Öko-Tex Standard 100. We are also a member of FTI, which means that we pay a fee as compensation for the packaging material used.
