Products
How can I see when will a product will be in stock again?
If a product is not in stock, you will be able to see the expected date that the product and size will be available again in the webshop. You can request an e-mail notification when the product is back in stock. If no date is displayed the product may be end-of-line or discontinued, or there may not yet be a date for when the product is expected back in stock.
Delivery
What delivery options do you offer?
Deliveries are made via DHL Express.
What is the delivery time?
Your order is normally delivered within a week. Your order confirmation states the date the product will leave our warehouse. you will also receive an e-mail with a tracking number so that you can follow your delivery.
What is the charge for delivery?
The delivery charge is EUR 9.95.

Returns and exchanges
Have you received my return?
If you are unsure whether we have received your return, you can track your parcel using the number on the delivery note. You can also contact our returns department by calling +46 (0)33 20 23 00 or sending an e-mail to

. Remember to keep a copy of the delivery note until your return has been processed and you have received your refund.
How do I exchange a product?
Please note that we are unable to provide exchanges. If you would like to order something else or exchange the size or colour, you must first return the unwanted item and then place a new order.
How do I return an item?
Private customers
1) Go to the e-mail that DHL sent you notifying you about your delivery. there you will find a link to a return portal.
2) Register your return in the portal and go to your nearest drop-off point to drop off the package.
3) The cost of the return will be deducted from your refund.

and we will provide the shipping documentation.
1. Print the document and fix it to the outside of your parcel so that it is clearly visible. The shipping document is pre-paid, and the cost will be deducted from your credit note.
2. All returned items must be in their original packaging.
3. Your return must be accompanied by a completed returns document for us to process it.
4. Download the document HERE, stating the reason for the return in the document. Place it inside the parcel, at the top.
5. The cost of the return (EUR 9,95) will be deducted from your credit note.
6. Once the return has been processed and approved, we will issue a refund less the cost of the return.
When can I expect to receive a refund after returning an item?

What payment options do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card via SVEA. We accept VISA and Mastercard. The amount is reserved on your card when you make the purchase in our webshop and will be withdrawn once the delivery leaves our warehouse.

Warranty claims
How do I make a warranty claim?
You have the right to make a warranty claim. A statutory warranty applies to any item(s) that you purchase from us. A statutory warranty means that a product must fulfil what you as a consumer can reasonably expect off it. Your right to make a warranty claim applies to defective products pursuant to the applicable consumer protection legislation. If you wish to excercie your right to make a warranty claim for a product that you have ordered from hejco.com, please contact Hejco's returns department as soon as you discover the defect.
