Our supply chain extends over seventeen countries. Our suppliers are important to our business and we expect them to live up to our specific standards in terms of human rights as well as environmental and ethical business practices. All purchases from suppliers are reviewed, approved and handled by our special supplier teams.
We are convinced that our way of working is the most suitable way of doing business, and as a result, our customers will have a stronger relationship with our brands.
Our journey towards responsible sourcing
We are determined to achieve the highest standards when it comes to business practices for SCR. To make a real, sustainable and positive difference, we and our suppliers have an obligation to meet current standards. We act professionally, carefully and ethically and we expect the same from all suppliers, which is reflected in our code of conduct for suppliers.
HejMar AB has a system to ensure that suppliers comply with all local laws and comply with international regulations for responsible sourcing. We encourage and support an open dialogue about all problems that arise during our relationship - only in this way can we create meaningful changes.
To guide the suppliers' ongoing work, we maintain a proactive program for review and compliance with a focus on occupational safety, working conditions in the factories, environmental legislation and impact. HejMar AB has full access to the suppliers' premises, factory workers and employment, safety and environmental documents in accordance with HejMar AB's code of conduct for suppliers.
